15. File Sort

The File Sort menu choice allows you to select the file order in

the list by name (Alphabetical) or time (Time/Date).

From Stop, press and hold the DISPLAY button for 3 seconds.

Press the VOL + or VOL – button to select Preset Menu. Then

press the 3/8/ENTER button to accept.

Press the VOL + or VOL – button to select Preset 1, 2 or 3.

Then press the 3/8/ENTER button to accept the selected

Preset.

Press the VOL + or VOL – button to select the File Sort item.

Then press the ¢ or 4button to tab through the File Sort

choices (Alphabetical or Time/Date).

Press the VOL + or VOL – button to select other Menu choices.

When changing the Preset is complete, press the DISPLAY

button to store the changes, or press the STOP/CANCEL

button to exit Menu mode without storing any changes.

16. Date Form

The Date form is the date order month/day/year (M/D/Y) or day/

month/year (D/M/Y).

From Stop, press and hold the DISPLAY button for 3 seconds.

Press the VOL + or VOL – button to select Preset Menu. Then

press the 3/8/ENTER button to accept.

Press the VOL + or VOL – button to select Preset 1, 2 or 3.

Then press the 3/8/ENTER button to accept the selected

Preset.

Press the VOL + or VOL – button to select the Date Form item.

Then press the ¢ or 4 button to tab through the Date

Form choices (M/D/Y or D/M/Y).

Press the VOL + or VOL – button to select other Menu choices.

When changing the Preset is complete, press the DISPLAY

button to store the changes, or press the STOP/CANCEL

button to exit Menu mode without storing any changes.
